The natural color variation of the giant seatter, or red cedar, creates a magnificent living surface on both interior walls and ceilings. Due to its good moisture resistance and small moisture living, the western red cedar is an ideal material for sauna paneling and rafts.

Please note that other products on the market are usually only partially radial saw and thus cheaper in price and appearance. Blanks are split in Finland to the appropriate dimensions for planing, thereby affecting the fact that the goods are radial saw hat. Over 96% of Lauta Oy's giant manufacturer products are for direct reasons, or radial sawhat. Panels and boardboards are planed in accordance with the RT card sizing instructions and all the giant seat panels have a hidden lobby pond.

The Western red cedar (Thuja Plicata) growing up in Northwest America may live to well over 1000 years old, but the giant seats that end up as building goods are around 300 to 700 years old. Despite its exceptionally long life cycle and general use, the western red cedar due to its wide distribution does not belong to the endangered tree species. The trunk of the tree is more than one meter wide in diameter, which is why in final products the color varies from a light surface to a reddish or dark brown heartwood. When installing, the panels are sorted, so that pieces of different shades are evenly distributed to achieve a harmonious finish.

The giant seat is light and soft and for this reason it is easy to customize. Its moisturizing is small compared to, for example, spruce and pine. Due to the natural essential oils, the western red cedar is protected from rot and mold fungi, as well as insects. The giant seat's fire resistance is good.
